Angela went above and beyond in treating my brother. He was visiting from Nashville TN and fell sick. He needed dialysis and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Angela was called in on a Sunday. She treated my brother and our mother with the utmost respect and dignity. It’s hard to put on paper, my brother can be very harsh. Her compassion and patience surpassed what we consider to be normal “duty”. She explained everything clearly, provided my brother with pillows for his back, found a chair for my mother to sit in, and adhered to my brother's snack needs….all the while operating the very complicated dialysis process.

Angela made a very difficult emergency room visit/stay turn into a positive admission for dialysis and pneumonia treatment. Angela took her time and explained every treatment and medicine…communicated with the Nephrologist and in turn communicated the information to us! She will always a part of our family and you all should be proud she’s a part of the Annie Penn Family!
