Stephanie consistently demonstrates not only the Culture of Kindness values we have adopted at our organization, but she also embodies the qualities of a Magnet nurse.

On one particularly busy day in our ED, Stephanie demonstrated her leadership abilities when 6 trauma patients were being triaged nearly simultaneously. Stephanie handled herself with the utmost professionalism and a smile on her face. A family of one of the trauma patients came rushing in, very scared, looking for their loved one. Stephanie was so amazing with them. She reassured them and brought them right to the patient even though space was tight. She knew that one quick look at the patient would put the family at ease. Not many could have handled the situation as well as Stephanie did that day.
