In a very difficult moment of my life, I found the most human person I could have wished to have near me. A few minutes before the beginning of my surgery, inside the operating room, she was able to calm me down. I was living the most nervous and intense moment that I could live inside your structure. I had the pleasure of meeting so many people and of all of them, I will bring a beautiful memory, but Mrs. Valentina was by far the most human and maternal of all, and even if it was for a few minutes before I fell asleep, those minutes were the most serene. She found me in a moment of despair, I was lying there on that couch in the operating room, it was very cold I saw everyone busy working and I was afraid for the operation. I waited in silence without saying a word and as time passed the more I felt anxious and alone. Suddenly she arrived, she shook my hand, made the recognition and instead of leaving, she kept talking to me until she could reassure me. She looked me in the eye and encouraged me. It was all very simple, yet it gave me the strength to wipe away my tears and I managed to overcome this moment. Thank you so much.
