Sarah was a calming stable force in my care. I cried many times and was discouraged often. She compassionately listened and encouraged me to focus on the things I was doing well. She shared personal stories of struggles she had undergone and steps she had to go through to improve. I appreciated her willingness to be "personal" with me during a time I was emotionally distraught. She was always dependable. She answered my calls quickly and gave me the care I needed even though I know she had many other patients to care for. Sara was friendly and kind to my mom, who often visited me in my room. Even though Mom was not her patient, she stepped up to make sure she was comfortable and taken care of. She is simply exceptional!
