Alan has been very gentle and caring towards my sister. He's informative about what is going on and has a genuine concern about what is causing her illness. He respects her privacy and her dignity as a human being. My sister and I've never seen a male nurse at all, and although I was concerned by this, he showed true humanitarianism and professionalism when caring for my dear sister. I feel so much trust in him, and I would recommend him to anybody who needs medical care because he makes our loved one feel special, and he made me feel comfortable knowing she's in good, loving care. Alan not only made our sister's stay as comfortable as he could make it, but our stay as well.
