I want to thank all the medical staff, and I would especially like to acknowledge Zuhair. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and dedication in performing his duties, and went above and beyond by using kind expressions such as “my uncle,” “my father,” “I am at your service,” and “I’m here for you.”

These words have a significant impact on the patient’s emotional well-being and greatly boost morale. He would joke with the patient and show genuine care. He would never make you feel as if you were one of many; no, he made you feel as if you were the only one, and my family was also impressed with his mannerisms and care.

He was also quick to respond, never showed any sign of frustration, and served with Great Spirit, without boredom or complaint. I was happy to have him as my nurse; he ensured my days there as a patient were full of light and not sadness, and he was always kind and made sure to smile.
