Zina got into nursing for all the right reasons. She was a caregiver for her family and changed careers to become a more informed and effective provider. When Zina first started, we struggled with PM shift customer service, work ethic, and quality of care. Through consistent teaching and coaching, Zina worked through nurse and CNA pushback- all while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile.

She is well loved by the staff due to her supportive nature. As the Administrator, I can go home with peace of mind knowing there is strong, competent, caring, and compassionate supervision, reflected in both how staff are treated and how patients receive their care.
