I would like to recognize Zach, ICU RN, for his exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism while caring for a critically ill neurotrauma patient. During an incredibly challenging and emotionally overwhelming time, Zach consistently demonstrated outstanding clinical expertise and unwavering dedication to his patient.

He managed complex neuro trauma care with precision, vigilance, and confidence, always anticipating needs and responding quickly to changes in condition.
