My daughter was admitted to ICU with extremely elevated blood pressure and severe headache. She is a healthy, fit 25-year-old who has never been sick. She was diagnosed with renal artery stenosis and needed intervention. Because of the blood pressure fluctuations, she was in pain and vomiting for over twelve hours before her procedure. Yulia was extremely proficient in her care and incredibly empathetic and kind to both my daughter and family. She explained everything in easy to understand terms even though we all work in the healthcare field. She had such a holistic approach to her care. Even when my daughter was vomiting violently and in pain, Yulia's presence brought a calm to the room. We were lucky enough to have her twice. It is clear that nursing is her calling, not just a job.
