Yuan is our go to person when we are needing extra staff in the Emergency Department. She works in the Float Pool. Yuan always arrives to the ED with a smile on her face, willing and ready to help. She approaches patients with kindness and compassion and is always a comfort at the bedside. She not only works in the ED but she works all over the Ballard Campus as a float nurse. This role requires her to be flexible and knowledgeable and have the skills to be a nurse in many different specialties. She works well with every team and communicates the needs of her patients clearly and with care.
