Ygnett O Ramos, RN

I am a retiree from Sutter Delta Medical Center who had a cardiac ablation in the Summit Cath Lab, where I received exceptional care! I ended up staying overnight on the 8th floor and was very uncomfortable in the bed in the room due to being sore from the procedure and I couldn't sleep. Ygnett went out at midnight and located a "newer bed" that was supposed to be really comfortable. Ygnett, with the assistance of a housekeeper who was about to leave for the day, switched the bed and I was finally able to get some rest. Ygnett's caring attitude and her concern for my recovery were really warm and much appreciated. Ygnett made sure that I didn't fall when I needed to use the bathroom, and indicated she checked on me repeatedly during the late evening to be sure I got to sleep (and I did). I am home now, recovering and feeling better, just still a little sore. Ygnett is an Extraordinary Nurse, and Alta Bates Summit Medical Center is so very lucky to have her!
