Over the years, he has become an essential part of critical teams like Code Blue, Infection Control, and Equipment and Materials Management, embodying reliability and calm even in the most chaotic moments. Among his peers, he is known as a confidant, counselor, and dependable presence. He is the go-to person for guidance, not only because of his clinical expertise but also due to the integrity and honesty he consistently upholds. Even when working alone, there is complete confidence that he will act with the highest ethical standards. His contributions extend beyond clinical practice. As the long-standing AN representative at our Nursing Townhall Council, he has been a voice of reason, respect, and quiet leadership. His critical thinking abilities have been tested and proven, especially during high-stakes emergencies. One remarkable example is his outstanding response during a massive tracheal bleeding incident, where his accuracy and calm under pressure truly made a difference.
