I wanted to take a moment to express what a great experience my dad had last week. Fred was the nurse who cared for my dad after his heart catheterization. Fred was excellent! I have a lot of experience with inpatient nursing staff because before my husband passed, he was in the hospital a lot, and although all of the nurses have been great, Fred just seemed to go a little above in the care of my dad. He was joyful, had a smile, and was always accessible. He answered all questions. He displayed discretion when having to check the groin site when I and my stepmom were present. He made us feel comfortable and cared for at all times!
