Being 81 years old and not as alert and agile as I once was, I must tell you that every single person who administered care to me was caring, compassionate and knowledgeable, from the initial ER nurses to the ER doctor and aids. I would like to acknowledge my outstanding nurse who cared for my every need in every sense of the word, William Carroll.

From the moment they became my care team, I felt safe and stress-free. William was attentive to my every need, caring and compassionate, extremely competent, dedicated, dependable, efficient, knowledgeable, empathetic, displaying a sense of humor, energetic, going over and beyond what is expected.

He made me feel so comfortable and was so very attentive to my every need that at times I felt as though I was comfortable at home instead of a quality hospital. It is not often that a hospital is blessed with exceptional nurses. Congratulations! You are one of those hospitals!
