I just had the best experience at the hospital's 6E clinic. Everyone has been wonderful, but my nurse, Whitney, stands out and should be recognized. She has taken the time to explain things to me and seriously has the patience of a saint! I am experiencing orthostatic hypertension after a total knee replacement two days ago, and she feels my frustration yet always has a kind word for me. Whitney seems to know exactly what I need, and she's an exceptional nurse. A real keeper here! Her attitude toward helping veterans is very evident. She takes the time to listen and offer helpful solutions to everything. I don't feel like a patient here; I feel like a friend. Amazing for the VA hospital. Philadelphia VA is the best.
