Whitney has been our new CNM for our unit for some months now. Whitney is very positive and encouraging. She is easy to talk to about concerns about work. Whitne has the difficult conversations but also stays positive. Whitney is a huge advocate for our staff and unit. She ensures we all have what we need and is always up for talking!

Whitney is an amazing nurse leader, never letting her departments feel overwhelmed. On a night when we were short-staffed and admissions were coming in and had a high acuity of patients, she let me know that as soon as her meeting was over, she would be right over to help. She did not just help, she jumped right in headfirst, no questions asked.

This was not the first time that she had done this. She is there whenever I need her, whether it's to help with the floor, talk through a situation, or just listen to me vent. Whitney will do anything to help out her team. Having a leader like Whitney makes me want to be better. She always knows what to say at the right moment.
