This is the second time I have been in this hospital. Wendy is the best nurse I have ever met. She is Number 1! She is very enthusiastic, caring and considerate, very attentive, and very humorous. Very good at communicating with patients. She is very patient, very nice, and very responsible for her work. English is not our native language, especially for those medical terms. It's very difficult for us to understand. We would always ask her many questions, and she would answer every single one of them patiently, clearly, and in detail. Even when she is busy, she never says I am busy or wait a minute. Sometimes we ask the same question again, and she explains patiently over and over again. In order for us to understand better, she prints out the instructions for the medication so that we can read them slowly and understand better. Wendy is really good! She is excellent! Hope all the nurses would treat patients the way Wendy does. We really appreciate her great work.
