To my surprise, Wella offered to squeeze mom into her schedule right then.
I come in with my mom and dad for an appointment because they both need translation on certain medical things. My mom had the first appointment. We could not be happier that we were set up with Wella. She was very pleasant, informative, and patient. My mom had a lot of questions. Wella being patient with answering the questions and giving me time to translate to my mom put my mom at ease.
Then I had to schedule Dad for an appointment. I was glad they set us up with Wella. Again, we were in for a very pleasant experience. Wella was very accommodating with all our questions, including my mom, who was not even her patient at that time. When Wella was about to wrap up her appointment with Dad, Mom decided she wanted to get something at the last minute. To my surprise, Wella offered to squeeze mom into her schedule right then. She said she had time to spare until her next appointment and that we might as well do it now rather than wait to set up another appointment and come back another day. Mom was thrilled! I was thrilled! Mom couldn't stop saying, "Bye, thank you," to Wella. My Dad, being someone who is older (and Asian), rarely clasps his hands and bows down to younger people. He did just that to Wella. A very good sign that Wella did her job well. Then Wella had to run after us to the parking area with mom's glasses. Now my mom wouldn't stop bowing and saying, "Thank you. Bye, Wella."
