I am the mother of a child, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude to this exceptional nurse, whose name truly reflects her character. With all my heart, I believe that any mother who witnesses her kindness, compassion, and genuine dedication would be deeply touched and would never stop thanking her for the difference she makes in the lives of her patients and their families.

She is far more than a nurse. She is a source of comfort, reassurance, and security for every child and parent who crosses her path. She is always ready to help, and her compassion, empathy, and unwavering dedication make her a true role model.

My son has a medical condition and has undergone numerous surgeries. Throughout his life, he has spent long periods in hospitals, which unfortunately caused him to develop a deep fear of hospitals, doctors, and nurses. Whenever he sees a healthcare professional, he becomes overwhelmed with anxiety, often crying, screaming, and refusing any intervention. His fear became so severe that I, too, became anxious every time we had to visit a hospital.

This time was different. It was the most positive and comforting hospital experience my son and I have ever had, and it was all because of this extraordinary nurse.
One of the most difficult moments for us is when my son needs an IV cannula inserted for medication. In the past, he would cry uncontrollably, scream, and become extremely distressed.

Before the procedure, this nurse sat down with him, spoke gently to him, laughed with him, played with him, and even brought him a toy. She took away the fear and anxiety that had burdened us for so long.

Through her kindness, patience, and genuine care, she transformed a frightening experience into a moment of trust and comfort. She showed my son that hospitals can be a place of healing rather than fear.

Because of her, I truly understood why nurses are called angels of mercy. Her compassion touched our hearts, and the impact she made on my child and our family will never be forgotten.

May God bless her, reward her abundantly for her kindness and dedication, and grant her continued strength to continue touching lives in the extraordinary way that she does.

We will always be grateful for the care, comfort, and hope she gave us during a time when we needed it most.

Thank you, Wed Saleh, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
