Warren consistently shows compassion, and is thoughtful and caring with all of his interactions with staff in his role as RRT. When Warren is on shift as RRT he consistently rounds on units and checks in with all nurses to see if they have any concerns with any of their patients throughout the shift. His friendly and open demeanor creates an environment where nurses feel comfortable confiding in him when they don't fully understand procedures, disease processes or anything within the nursing realm. Warren has been known to jump in and assist when needed on floors and has helped me many times when staffing was tight to transfer patients.
