I have cancer and had decided not to live before coming here. A nurse, Nora, changed that for me. She gave me a small sticker that said, “Don’t give up.” She gave me hope. I now want to live because of that no, matter the outcome of my cancer. I have also chosen to fight it since speaking with her.
