When I began my cancer journey, I was terrified. There were times I wasn't sure how I would gather that strength to walk into the oncology unit again. But every single time, there was one person who made that impossible world feel a little lighter — Nurse Vidya. From the moment she first walked into my room, something in me felt calmer.

She didn't just check my vitals or give me my medication; she cared for my spirit. She held my hand when fear overwhelmed me. She spoke to me with kindness when my thoughts were dark, and she reminded me again and again that positivity is the strongest medicine of all. Vidya has been my emotional anchor, my encourager, and one of the biggest reasons I continue to stay strong.
