We traveled from Indianapolis to see our mother who was brought in by. We had a basic idea of what was going on, but with a lot of questions. Vicky stayed and answered questions, looked up and explained test results, but even more importantly, she showed genuine care and concern for our mom and for us. She looked for ways to make our mom comfortable and treated us like we were the only family in the hospital. I am a pastor and have been to many hospitals in many states. I have never seen a nurse provide such care and compassion or offer so much time with a patient and her family like Vicky did with us. She excels at what she does and cares immensely about her patients.
