Just the fact that she took that little bit of extra time and care reduced my stress level a lot.
I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and now atrial flutter. I live entirely on Social Security, and medications are expensive. I’ve been so stressed to date trying to get my arthritis medication. I was on Humira and developed antibodies, and the drug stopped working. I then went to Simpson, and it took me three months to work through financial assistance. My arthritis flared up, and it has been a nightmare. This brings me to Victoria. I was told by the doctor that I need to be on Eliquis as I am allergic to Warfarin. I was told by the pharmacist that there was no financial assistance for Eliquis. Victoria took the time to pull out paperwork to fill out for financial assistance for Eliquis. She took the time to explain different avenues to try to get Eliquis for me. Just the fact that she took that little bit of extra time and care reduced my stress level a lot. Her demeanor was calm. Her care was evident, and she was quite professional. I believe she’s a great asset to your department.
