But what truly set Victoria apart was the heartwarming, personal note she wrote to our family after his passing.
Victoria took very good care of my dad before he passed. She gave a beautiful hand-written note to us. She was wonderful to all of us and our dad. We thank you, Victoria.

I'm writing to express my deepest gratitude for a nurse who made a lasting impact on our family during one of the hardest times in our lives. Her name is Victoria, and she cared for my father-in-law in his final days. Victoria didn't just provide excellent medical care. She gave our family peace, kindness, and compassion when we needed it most. She treated him with genuine dignity and attentiveness, and her calming presence helped comfort us when everything felt uncertain.
But what truly set Victoria apart was the heartwarming, personal note she wrote to our family after his passing. Her words were sincere, thoughtful, and incredibly moving. It was clear she saw him as more than just a patient and her message reminded us that he was surrounded by people who truly cared for him until the very end.
That note will be something we hold onto forever. Victoria is the kind of nurse every family hopes they'll get during times like these. We're so thankful for her strength, empathy, and the love she showed to him and to all of us. She made an unbearable experience just a little more bearable, and we'll never forget her for it.

Victoria worked very hard to help recover from his head trauma. She showed us our family the utmost kindness and patience. She answered every question that was presented to her with grace and kindness. In the times we could see she was extremely busy with the meds and sensors, she would smile at us and give a thumbs up. At the end of M's time on earth we were thankful she was with us. God bless her!
