Victoria Hill, BSN, RN
Victoria Hill consistently goes above and beyond in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She took the time to listen to a confused ICU patient, validate her concerns, contact multiple family members to better understand her situation, and continually reassure and comfort her during a very difficult hospitalization.
Her dedication also extends to teaching. On the first day our PGY-1 residents started, despite a busy ICU service, she made sure they were involved in bedside procedures and felt included as members of the team from day one.
Victoria's compassion, teamwork, and commitment to both her patients and the education of future physicians make her truly special.
