Victor Zhen, RN

Victor started as a frontline staff nurse and transitioned in the nursing supervisor role, he is well respected and trusted by the night shift. Victor consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patient safety and patient satisfaction. He is kind, caring, and compassionate and leads by example. Not only does Victor demonstrate excellence in the delivery of patient care but he likewise serves as one of our most valuable assets to our Team and all of his coworkers.  He is a role model for all staff and constantly exemplifies integrity and continually finds ways to foster the growth of professional nursing practice for himself and also for all of those he leads.  It is not unlike Victor to offer himself up to help mentor staff.  His positivity and smile are infectious to patients and staff. Victor is a valuable resource day in and day out and embraces what it takes to be a DAISY Nurse.
