This young lady was beyond professional! Her knowledge and patience were exceptional. Every question I asked I could tell she was really listening to my words. I deal with severe anxiety and her presence brought calmness to the room. People like her are hard to find!

I would like to thank everybody listed here and just say I have never been treated this well by any hospital before. Every one of them treated me with respect and took care of any need I had. I asked if I could bring a lady friend and book another week and they said no for some reason! Haha! I know this took a while, sorry, I have been down with heart issues for the past several weeks. On the first night of her shift, she was very friendly, professional and thorough. She explained every action in detail before she completed the task. Example- how to slip on the compression stocking with a plastic bag, DVT and other things to prevent clotting, ice pack. Just very relatable and respectful.

Where do I start? Venessa is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She knows how to care for people. She helped me after my surgery. She made sure I was resting well, controlled my pain, and listened to my concerns. She educated me, I am so blessed to have had her.

Venessa is a true sweetheart and takes her job very seriously but cares about and treats her patients like friends. We need more nurses like her!
