I feel that I’ve not said enough about this wonderful person. Since my stay here at the hospital is coming to an end, here is my last chance to speak about Vanessa and what she has meant to my recovery. Long before I was admitted, my life took a left turn towards the offside. With few positives to speak of and even fewer positive people in my life, Vanessa somehow was able to shed some light on my life by being a great listener and keeping my thoughts on good ideas and faith. I want to nominate Vanessa for her caring, thoughtful, and sweet soul. I’ve literally had 30-plus nurses on my journey, but never one who took so much of their time to make me feel cared for as she has. It’s not always the big things people do for one another in life, but an accumulation of the little things that touch our hearts. Confidence is silent but mature, and true care can be very loud. God bless you, Vanessa. May your purity in life be present and enjoyable. May all your wishes come true, and most of all, I hope you find someone with the same qualities as you. May God put people in your life that deserve your kindness and protect you from those that won’t.
