From the moment Vanessa started her night shift, she treated our boy with so much care and patience! Most people are not the happiest and easy to interact with during an overnight shift, but Vanessa was all smiles, happy, and so positive when talking to my son.

She explained so many things that I needed to know before taking my son home after the surgery. She taught me so many things I can do to make the recovery easier at home. She took time to show us and talk to us about how to clean the stitches and wounds.

Her personality is so fun and energetic! My son is 10 years old and had a bone graft done for cleft palate. Vanessa has a lot of knowledge on how to carefully clean and care for kiddos during those first crucial hours.

The way Vanessa interacts with our 10-year-old is awesome! She explains to him what she is doing and why. She explains to him the importance of what is being done, and her patience with a young kiddo who is in a lot of pain is phenomenal.
