She took the time to explain everything that was happening in terms my dad could understand, easing his anxieties and empowering him in his own care. She thoroughly explained all medications, their purpose, and potential side effects, ensuring he felt comfortable and informed. This attention to detail was incredibly reassuring for both my dad and our family. Beyond her clinical skills, Valerie possesses a wonderful sense of humor. She was able to match my dad’s own sense of humor, which, under the circumstances, was a true gift.
