Tyler is the best nurse my husband has had since being at Jefferson. My husband has been hospitalized for an extended period and requires a high level of care. Tyler helps with everything: personal care, meals, medication, positioning, wound care, blood work, and always takes time to explain test results in a way we understand. As his wife, I visit daily, but even on the days I can’t be there, I know my husband is well cared for with Tyler.

No matter how busy he is, Tyler always checks in to make sure my husband is comfortable and has what he needs. He has even stayed past his shift to help. It’s clear he values his work and the people he cares for. My husband, our children, and I are truly grateful for everything he has done.

Tyler also taught me how to manage care at home and made sure I felt prepared for discharge. He takes time to explain medical terms that could otherwise feel overwhelming. Even though he’ll only be with us for a few more days, we already know we’ll miss him. Tyler represents Jefferson Methodist Hospital with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
