I was transferred from MVHS to get an MRI done after being there for a while. Upon coming to MVH Main, I was extremely nervous about what was to come, very tired of being in the hospital, and not knowing. I was greeted by a nurse who was great. Then I met one of the most compassionate, understanding, patient, respectful, and driven. There are really just no words to completely describe how this young man fought and literally stepped in and was definitely my voice in one of the worst hospitalizations ever. He made sure that I was treated and even felt like I was someone and not just in this by myself. This young man was Tyler, and I've never had a team lead that I had even met, let alone advocate for me the way he did. He was my strength, voice, and hero, and most of all my DAISY.
