From the moment he walked into the room, I sensed that my husband was in the best of hands! Tyler talked to him as a person instead of as a patient. He kept us fully informed of all that was going on, and all that was coming. Tyler was sensitive, alert, and attentive to any need and patiently explained everything that we did not understand. He is a GREAT communicator. Tyler said in describing my husband’s situation to a young student who was precepting in the ICU for the day, “Mr. S fell & his generation does not seek immediate attention.” Well said!
