Clinical Skills:
Clinically, Tyler advocates for patients’ needs in multidisciplinary rounds, and we can always count on him to present a clear clinical picture of the patient to the provider team to ensure the team has all the information when deciding a plan of care. His patient reported that “Tyler was very knowledgeable with the medication and made me feel safe.” As Tyler’s leader, we can further highlight his commitment to connecting with his patients and involving them in their care, as reflected in the patient’s comment.

Tyler has a niche for bringing a sense of calm and security to his environment, a valuable quality in a critical care setting.
