I was fortunate to work with Nurse Trish several times during my radiation journey. She is such a positive, thorough, and calming presence. She took extra time and care to make sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. This cancer journey has a steep learning curve and can become overwhelming quickly. Professionals like Nurse Trish make the journey so much smoother. Trish spent extra time with me, providing tips on how to best utilize the resources at Mayo. Trish never made me feel rushed and always followed up whenever needed. She even put together a care package for me with special fabric to help with some skin irritation I was having. I am so thankful for Trish and hope Mayo values her beyond measure!
