During my stay, I had the pleasure of working with numerous outstanding nurses. They were so caring about my condition. However, one nurse went way beyond my expectations: Trisa Tran.

Due to my procedure, I required 24/7 monitoring. For the next three nights, she managed her other patients, but I was never left alone. My condition required irrigating numerous times a day. Each night, it would take up to an hour to irrigate out the blood clots. She did this gladly and with care. She knew I was in a great deal of pain, but she remained compassionate and maintained a positive attitude throughout the night. Watching her irrigate made my arm hurt!

I will never forget her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude during my stay. On the third night, she came in on her day off.

I will be forever thankful for the outstanding care she/he gave me during a most difficult time. A big congratulations to all the NW Bentonville staff. Continue your great work!
