Trey went above and beyond during my visit. He was extremely polite, communicated everything clearly, and listened intently to the information I was conveying about my issue. I tend to include extra details as I feel they could relate that many would filter out, or may go unacknowledged, but Trey listened patiently, asked follow-up questions, and made me feel especially heard in our interactions. I never had the sense that anything I said was discarded or looked past, even if, from a medical standpoint, it may seem irrelevant. Trey spent an extended amount of time performing a thorough exam and doing multiple tests to best isolate my symptoms and the source of my issues. Similarly, he immediately heard my concerns about what I wanted to rule out and took those to heart, and gave me the reassurance (with data to back it up) to reduce my worry, and move forward with "what we think IS the source." I never felt rushed and his attention to detail, listening and asking follow-ups really stuck out with me as the best I have experienced in any visit to a Healthcare provider (not that others don't do it as well)- but this was well above and beyond- it made me feel like I was the only patient there that day, and that no matter how trivial my issue was or wasn't, that I was special, and that my care mattered. I realize not all areas can afford that extra time with patients, but this interaction made a lasting impression on me, and I hope all patients get to experience the same great care and attention from Nurses like Trey has given me.
