I came into the emergency room after being assaulted, and from the very beginning, Trevor treated me with kindness and compassion. He was genuinely compassionate and made me feel heard and respected - like a human being, not just someone living on the streets.

Trevor took the time to talk with me, clean my wounds, and even made sure I had something to eat. He repeatedly checked in to see if I needed anything. This was by far the best emergency room experience I've ever had. I could tell that Trevor and the two other team members genuinely cared about me and were truly concerned.
