My husband was admitted to the Emergency Room via ambulance due to a fever and low blood pressure. I arrived approximately 30 minutes later. Upon my arrival, Treveon Henderson had already proactively changed his catheter, anticipating the physician's order for a urine culture. He had also completed a wound assessment and drawn blood samples. He provided comprehensive explanations for each procedure, including the names of the two intravenous antibiotics being administered. Treveon repeatedly inquired about my husband's comfort, specifically regarding the need for a blanket, and despite initial refusal, he thoughtfully provided one as a precautionary measure. He consistently checked in to ensure our needs were met.

Furthermore, Treveon supplied a television channel guide and offered both of us refreshments. He also facilitated a late lunch for my husband, which was successfully delivered. Having frequented this emergency department multiple times over the past few years, including five visits this year alone, we can attest that we have never encountered a nurse who demonstrated such exceptional attentiveness and thorough communication. We are profoundly grateful for his exemplary service. Hillcrest is indeed fortunate to have such a highly skilled and compassionate nurse on their team.
