Tracy Moore, RN, MSN/LSHCS, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Tracy's leadership and nurturing spirit have made a significant and lasting impact on both our team and the patients we serve. She is the embodiment of what it means to be a caring, compassionate, and supportive leader.
She is always there when the floor gets hectic, either starting an IV, calling a provider for orders, or helping run a code. Tracy leads by example and has an incredible ability to push staff to reach their full potential, offering mentorship when needed.
Through encouragement, she embodies compassion and people-centered leadership in every way. The staff can give their absolute best to our patients.
When I recently faced a family emergency, Tracy showed me just how much the Baptist values of Compassion and People are embedded in them, and did not hesitate to adjust my schedule, offered support without question, and reassured me that my family came first.
I cannot think of anyone more deserving of the DAISY Nurse Leader Award.
