We went into the ER for my 2 year old son around 10pm. Tracy was so gentle and kind to him and made the late night for a toddler visit one that my son enjoyed. Tracy was super understanding when he started getting tired and fussy. She has the best personality! She makes waiting in an ER pleasant. She has the best personality for the job. Very upbeat and friendly.

My adult son was quite ill. Tracy excelled at knowledge, professionalism, & a wonderful unique talent for comforting my son.
Tracy is a very compassionate nurse. She cared for our son when he was in a desperate situation. She was very knowledgeable in dealing with him i.e. finding his vein for the OV and knowing a quick course of action to make him better. Many hearts to Tracy! Thank you.

I brought my 5-year-old in for a fever; she ended up needing an IV. I expected to have to hold her down, as she was very upset. But the nurse calmed my daughter and thoroughly explained each and every step she did, why she had to do it, and how it all worked. She was absolutely amazing. She most definitely deserves some recognition for the excellence of her work tonight. She was absolutely amazing!

Tracy jumped in and cared for my mother like she was her own. She has so much compassion for her patient that you just don’t see anymore. There needs to be more of her in this world

Tracy checked on me regularly seemed to be very knowledgeable. She took time to make sure I understood everything and answered all my questions where I could understand her answers.

Very compassionate, caring and a super nurse, she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of while waiting with grandson in ER.

We brought my 3-year-old son in and she went above and beyond to make him comfortable and even laugh. She brought out a puppet and truly was incredible. She’s excellent at what she does, she has true passion for her job and her patients.

She was able to get the vein in the bend of my arm, first try. She also got 2 sandwiches for my husband and I to eat. Truly goes above and beyond.

She was so sweet and had a great sense of humor! When my boyfriend felt terrible, she knew just how to make us laugh and make him feel comfortable.

Compassionate, she provided excellent care. Gentle and kind. She listened to me and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Couldn’t ask for anyone better. She is amazing.
