Tracey Monahan, BSN, RN

Tracey goes above and beyond in helping her peers and ensures safe patient care. She is a great mentor to her peers and to the newer ANMs. Her leadership experience and expertise are of great value to San Jose Kaiser Permanente.

Tracey follows up and follows through with her team on all the COE, keeps track as well as reminds her peers of the deliverables, and is a great resource for all. We indeed are very grateful and lucky to have her as part of our nursing leadership team.
