I just wanted to thank her for the care she gave my grandmother and for the love, kindness, and compassion she showed my grandma and me. Watching someone you love become so ill is heartbreaking, but her care and compassion made this sad moment not feel so impossible. In the middle of all this heartbreak, I will always remember her gentle heart and the warmth she brought to my family. Tori, the kindness you give truly matters more than words can explain. I am so grateful that you were assigned to care for my grandma, as we truly needed someone like you during this time. Thank you again for being a light during this devastating time for my family.
