I would love Tobi to be acknowledged for the DAISY Award. I had to be in the hospital for a second stay within three weeks. On both occasions, Tobi was my nurse. 

She provided extraordinary care. I was upset, angry, and confused as to why I was in the hospital. She was able to explain why I was there, which put me at ease.

If I ever have to return to the hospital and get a nurse with the same compassion as Tobi, I would be very fortunate. Tobi conveys a sense of genuine warmth, care, and support.
