1st Nomination
My husband had to have an unexpected heart procedure. I was notified and had to come to the hospital. I had no idea where to go or what to do. My husband called me on the phone, and he was unclear as to what to do. Tim got on the phone and was so helpful. He told me exactly what was going on and what to expect. I was unsure where to go, so he told me to ask for him and the Cath department, and he would come to pick me up. I told him my estimated arrival time and hung up. What was awesome was that when I arrived in the lobby, Tim was there waiting for me. He escorted me back to the department. I was pleasantly surprised.

2nd Nomination
Tim provided exceptional care.  He included my 7-year-old in my care, which was awesome, and kept my husband informed and comfortable. Having the presence of mind to anticipate the patient's needs without being asked is truly a skill. He brings added value to his team. 

3rd Nomination
Tim was very caring and immediately responded to any needs we had.
