Tim was our nurse in the emergency room for a very brief stay – but his warmth and attention were significant and impacted our experience. In a space where people are often rushed, flustered, and stressed, Tim greeted us with incredible warmth, ease, and compassion.

I was a clearly stressed-out single mom, trying to figure out how I would get my baby from daycare on time while caring for my older son with an injured arm. He was so calm and so efficient in getting us the help we needed to treat my son and get out on time. Sometimes the greatest moments of healing come from a warm, calm presence when life just feels impossible.

Tim recognized that my stress as a mother was also part of my son’s healing and wellness, and treated us with such kindness, without being dismissive of all my concerns or timing. He helped me find a charger so I could be in touch with my provider and ensured I was able to get to my baby in time while also providing wonderful care for my son.

That was a moment of care I needed more than he could have ever known, and it made a huge difference and impact on me. Thank you, Tim.
