Tiffany was one of the best nurses I have experienced at this ER. I am a firm believer that the Edmond ER is the best of all Integris. I will drive 30 minutes from my house to this one, even though I live two miles from the Baptist location. I know the individuals at this location care about their patients, and Tiffany was a proud example!

Tiffany was beyond funny and helped me to laugh even though the situation was scary. She was communicative and helped me to understand all the tests that would be run. She communicated delays as well, which is very rare. When my doctor sent me back to the ER the next day for a different test, Tiffany met me with a smile and said, “You’re back already!” I felt remembered in this moment, and it showed her character of truly caring about each person who walks through the door.

She was helping a med student during the first interaction, and she showed extreme patience with this individual. She explained clearly and helped him when he asked a question. I think if all nurses thought and acted like Tiffany, the whole medical field would benefit!
