Tiffany is an exceptional nurse and even more incredible person. She went above and beyond while caring for my 75-year-old mother during one of the hardest times in our lives. My mother was bedridden, unable to move or feed herself, and in constant pain, yet Tiffany never once showed agitation, frustration, or impatience.

Instead, she did everything she could to comfort my mother and care for her with dignity, never making her feel like a burden or nuisance. From the moment Tiffany walked into the room, she made both my mother and me feel comfortable, cared for, and reassured that things would get better.

What stood out most was her genuine compassion and empathy.

She treated my mother with such kindness and respect when she was at her weakest and sickest. Unfortunately, we encountered several nurses who seemed cold, rushed, distant, or focused only on doing the bare minimum. Tiffany was completely different.

She took the time to help my mother, support our family, and truly connect with us in a way that meant more than words can express. She is caring, compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to making sure her patients feel as comfortable and at ease as possible.

I also witnessed her showing the same level of care and attention to other patients, not just my mother. I had lost trust in the medical field, but Tiffany reminded me that there are still a few nurses who genuinely care about patients and are passionate about what they do, and not just in it for the money or prestige.

My mother’s experience in the medical field was not always positive, but Tiffany restored some of our faith and left a lasting impression on both of us. If more nurses were like Tiffany, patients would feel far less afraid of hospitals and feel like they’ll truly be taken care of during difficult times.

There aren’t enough words to describe how truly grateful I am for Tiffany's kindness, warmth, empathy, and exceptional care. I’ll never forget her. She deserves recognition and this DAISY Award.
