Tiffany Franklin, RN

I am an 81-year-old and came in through the ER with pain in my chest and heart palpitations. My husband and I were anxious! ER doctor ordered lots of tests and asked that I spend the night for observation. My husband went home-he was tired and scared for me. We've been married 50 years, and our time apart is very short. Tiffany was so comforting and reassuring, telling him she would call if needed and that she would take good care of me. She did. She checked on me often. Due to my IV drip, I had to go to the bathroom about every 15 minutes, and Tiffany was so patient and kind. She asked me about my life and family, and I asked about hers. I felt like an angel had touched me to help me through this time.
